刘鹏汉族山西忻州人博士研究生讲师。主要从事淀粉/纤维素喷雾干燥法造粒及其功能化研究与3D打印牛肉应用化研究。主参与新西兰国家项目“Accelerating the 3D printing of meat and vegetable puree” 四川省科技厅计划项目“生物质基可降解抑尘剂的制备与应用研究”,江西省教育厅“二芳烯光致变色化合物的合成及其性质表征”项目3项。在Industrial & Engineering Chemistry ResearchCellulose等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文8
